Ingredients
For the dressing:
2 tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp mirin or you could use 1 tsp honey
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Mix and set aside
For the stir fry
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
1 cup beans, cut to 2 inch pieces
2 chicken breasts, sliced in angles thinly

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
In a wok or a non stick flat bottomed pan, add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds stirring. Toss in the jalapenos, saute for 30 seconds.
Add the beans and cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally, the beans should be cooked only fifty percent.
Then add the chicken and let it cook on all the sides which will take about 3-4 minutes. Toss in the cornstarch and mix. Pour the mixed sauce and simmer and cook for a minute. Add the sesame seeds.
Serve hot.
