Snack time just got exciting with this recipe for energy boosting Frozen Yogurt Bark; FAGE greek yogurt sweetened with honey and topped with chocolate chips, poms, pistachios and sugar free sprinkles!
After a three week vacation that was filled with food, laughter, fun and more food, I have been craving healthier, guilt free treats for snacks.
I have been making yogurt sweetened with maple syrup and topped with granola for years. This is a pleasant change that I made a year or so ago and it was well loved. Hey, in between all the cookies and treats, why not sneak in some healthy treats too?
HOW TO MAKE Frozen YOGURT BARK
I’ve been making yogurt bark for a loooong time and I love it thiiiis much. Every time I walk past the fridge, I open up the freezer, grab a square (more like 4 squares) and go. That’s my dessert, that’s my snack, that’s my mid-day satisfaction.
This is so straight forward, even a kid can do it.
- first flavor the yogurt(I like using a 5% fat FAGE Total Greek yogurt) with a bit of agave (or honey, or maple syrup),
- drizzle in a bit of pure vanilla extract,
- and spread it out on a sheet pan or silicon pan
- top it with goodies
Get on this frozen yogurt bark as soon as you can – a healthy dessert awaits you!

Which maple syrup do you recommend? I feel most are loaded with sugars.
